Every catio we craft is built and installed custom on-site based on your specific layout and space requirements.
On average, a well-built custom catio ranges from $2,000 to $5,000.
This includes premium features like a heavy-duty galvanized roof, durable garden mesh, climbing shelves, and custom human access doors.
Because every property is unique, the exact cost really depends on your goals and location. Catios are placed securely on a solid substrate*, or we can build directly onto your existing porch, patio, or deck.
* What is a substrate? A substrate is the level, solid surface foundation that the catio sits on—such as a concrete slab, stone pavers, wood decking, or reinforced gravel pads. Having a level substrate guarantees structural stability, keeps the frame plumb, and prevents gaps along the ground so your cats stay completely secure.
